    This patient had a significant breast volume asymmetry.  She desired silicone gel implants which come in predetermined sizes.  By trying on sizers at her preoperative appointment we were able to determine the different sizes needed or each breast.  I think the symmetry and natural look she obtained is quite remarkable.
