    This lovely woman came to me with severe breast deformities.  The right breast was small, very constricted and ptotic (sagging) with a tubular breast deformity. The left breast was considerably larger with sagging and some constriction.  The patient underwent release of the constrictions, breast implants and breast lifts on both sides. In addition, I performed liposuction of the lateral chest wall to improve the overall shape of the breasts.  I think she obtained a significant improvement. These early post-operative pictures do not do justice to how good the breasts will look at six months to a year. Significant deformities like these take many months for the breast tissue to fully settle and lose the memory it had for so long.
