    This is a very difficult case.  If you will notice her left breast is smaller and sits higher on her chest wall in the preoperative pictures.  It's subtle but noticeable if you look closely.  Using a larger implant would not improve her asymmetry as there was not enough breast tissue on the left side.  Therefore, in these cases it is best to use the same size implants for both breasts and align the nipples at the same level.  I did not create perfect symmetry but, then again, perfect symmetry does not exist in nature.  I still think I made a dramatic improvement and, most importantly, she is quite happy.
