    With aggressive liposuction of the posterior flanks, bra area and the abdomen followed by an Umbilical Float tummy tuck with aggressive muscle repair I'm quite proud of this result.  I really love this procedure in the right patient.  The incision is quite low and able to hide in a bikini which she is now wear confidently.
