    This case illustrates correction of a previously incorrect surgery.  The previous surgeon performed a mini tummy tuck with an exceptionally long incision.  The lower abdominal wall was tightened and skin was removed.  Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant outward bulging of the upper abdomen and fullness above the belly button.  I performed an umbilical float tummy tuck and tightened the entire abdominal wall which corrected her issues.  She will still have a scar that is much higher than I would typically leave but I was restricted by her previous scar.
