    This is one of the most charming older patients I have ever been privileged to know.  Having previously performed a breast reduction this time she desired improvement of her trunk.  Via tumescent liposuction and a standard tummy tuck we achieved a good result.  Although the recovery was probably harder than on a younger patient she was a trooper throughout and is super happy with the result.
