    This lovely woman's right breast saline implant ruptured several years ago. Due to many life evnets she was not able to have it replaced at that time.  When we met she was found to have a deflated right breast implant and capsular contracture of the left left.  She underwent removal of both implants, and extensive capsulecotmy of the right and left breasts with reaugmentation. These pictures are very early in her post operative course but were taken because she moved.  Over time the tight right breast will look very similar to her left.
