    As with so many of the patients in which I remove breast implants this lovely woman came to me with symptoms of mental fogginess, fatigue, hair loss and chronic breast pain just to name a few.  She had seen many different physicians but no definitive diagnosis was made.  Suspecting this was breast implant related illness (BIRI) I removed the implants and capsules.  By her four month follow up all of her symptoms had resolved.
