    This lovely patient had significant excess skin of the upper lids.  She also has fullness over the bones or rims of the upper lids.  I removed the excess skin and muscle and performed an internal brow pexy which helps prevent the brows from falling after removing the skin.  I left most of the fat as it gives her a fuller more youthful appearance that will keep her looking young as she continues to age.
