    This darling patient underwent a previous breast augmentation and periareolar breast lift.  Her implants were 304cc.  She felt that these were too small to be proportionate to her body.  I agreed and we exchanged them for 450cc silicone gel implants.  I think her result is excellent and much more proportionate with her body.
