    This lovely patient came to me with concerns about the appearance of her breasts. She had undergone a breast augmentation many years ago. Over the past several years her breasts changed and she was unhappy with their appearance. She also wanted slighlty smaller breasts. I removed the existing implants and tightened the internal capsules. New smaller saline implants were placed then standard breast lifts were performed. She is quite happy with the new look of her breasts.
