You'll note that preoperatively this patient has somewhat of an asymmetry. Each breast has a different shape and the right breast is slightly larger than the left. We considered using two different size implants. However, this would not have significantly changed the breast shape asymmetry. We went with the same size implant for each breast. The post operative result gives the appearance that the right breast is larger but in fact it is the shape of the implants that is different.
