    This lovely mother of 4 presented with a condition that is common following pregnancies and breast feeding - breast deflation.  There is the appearance that a breast lift is needed.  However, correct size implants can often correct this problem without the need of a lift.  In addition you'll notice the wide space between the breasts.  This is due to the insertion of the pectoralis muscles and can only minimally be improved with surgery.  The correct bra will allow her to achieve cleavage should she desire.
