    This conservative woman wanted a breast enhancement that looked very natural.  To accomplish this we chose low profile silicone implants. These were chosen to help fill the upper areas of the breast with slightly less projection.  You'll notice in the preoperative view that her right breast is larger than her left.  I estimated that the difference was 15-20cc.  The implants we chose were 360cc.  The next size larger is 390cc.  If we placed the 390cc implant on the left she would end up with the left breast larger than the right.  She felt that the 390cc implant was too big and was satisfied to keep the same asymmetry she always had.  She was quite happy with the result.
