    The is an excellent case that represents tubular breast deformity after multiple pregnancies and breast feeding.  At first glance it would appear that a breast lift would be necessary.  But on examination it was found that the entire lower half of each breast was very tight and constricted.  Via an augmentation an release of the lower breast tissue we were able to achieve a good result without the need of a breast lift.
