    This lovely young lady had very constricted breasts with significant space between the breasts. I had to do a significant amount of release to improve the gap. However, due to her anatomy and the insertion of her pectoralis muscles we could not decrease the space any farther.  I think we ended up with a pretty good result.  She did have descent of the left inframammary fold 9 months after surgery that required a small revision.  She is quite happy with the result.
