    This lovely patient underwent a breast augmentation, by another plastic surgeon, several years ago.  She is a smoker and developed wound healing problems.  As a result she developed capsular contracture of the right breast.  In addition she came to me with significant glandular ptosis.  This is when the natural breast tissue hangs below the implants.  I removed the right implant and implant capsule.  I placed a new implant on the right then performed a full breast lift bilaterally.
