    This lovely lady came to me with a ruptured left breast implant.  During her examination she was found to have grade 4 capsular contracture.  She was unsure of the fill volumes of the implants.  We reverse filled her right implant to get the volume then sized the left in the operating room.  I think we achieved an excellent result.
