    This was a very difficult case.  This young lady has a pretty significant pectus excavatum with associated rib deformities.  This means her sternum or breastbone curved inward as well has the left side ribs.  In addition her left breast was smaller than her right.  When she tried on sizers at her preoperative appointment we went with what looked the best on her right breast.  We also got a good idea of what to use on the left.  In the OR I used sterile sizers to get the best symmetry possible.  I think it turned out quite well.
