    This was one of my most challenging cases.  What is initially obvious is that her left breast was larger than her right.  What isn't obvious in the pictures is that the left side of her rib cage curved outward and the right side curved inward.  To make up the volumes difference I went with an implant that was 50cc larger on the right.  To improve the projection difference I had to use a high profile implant on the right and a moderate plus profile on the left.  I think it's a pretty good result considering all of the anatomic asymmetries.
