    This lovely patient is tall and therefore larger implants are appropriate.  However, she did end up with a small amount of inframammary fold descent on the right side.  This is when the fold under the breast drops down a small amount and causes the nipple areolar complex to elevate. In her case it doesn't bother her and thus we didn't fix it.  However, if need be it is easily fixed.  I've tried many techniques to prevent this but unfortunately it is due to the quality of the patient's tissues.
