    This lovely patient saw me for many years before committing to surgery.  She had a significant breast volume and shape asymmetry.  She underwent a left breast augmentation and correction of the tubular deformity followed by bilateral periareolar breast lifts.  It's very difficult when a patient is on the operating room table to get the correct implant size because the tissue takes many months to expand.  She's still left with a bit of a volume asymmetry but overall a pretty good result.
