    Every Plastic Surgeon desires that every case results in an excellent result.  However, that's just not possible due to tissue qualities and the unknowns of each patients healing ability.  Although this patient is happy with her result she has a slight amount of inframammary fold descent.  This results in a slight elevation of the nipple areolar complex.  This is most common in Caucasian patients. In this case it is minor and does not bother the patient.
