    This lovely lady had grade 4 capsular contracture.  Capsular Contracture occurs when the scar capsule that naturally forms around the implants becomes thickened and calcified.  Grade 4 is the worst grade.  The implant is very distorted, hard and painful.  After I removed the implants and capsules she was much happier.
