    This case is a good example of the illusions breast implants can create.  It's somewhat difficult to notice but in her preoperative pictures her nipples are more lateral or toward her sides.  Once the implants are placed this lateral displacement is more noticeable.  Mathematically the lateral displacement is the same.  However, the larger the implants the more obvious it becomes.
