    This young lady underwent a breast augmentation a few years ago.  She has developed symptoms that cannot be correlated with any disease.  She wanted to remove the implants and capsules to rule out the implants as the cause of her symptoms.  I performed implant removal and total capsullectomies. At follow up she was feeling significantly better.
