    This patient has several things going on.  First, she has a lot of breast volume loss.  This is common after nursing children.  Second, her right thoracic ribs are anteriorly displaced and the left are posteriorly displaced.  This makes the "apparent" volume of the breasts seem different.  However, the use of sizers in the OR confirmed that the actual volumes of each breast were very similar.  In addition each breast has a completely different shape and nipple position.
