    This lovely woman had her saline implants for over 20 years.  The right one ruptured several months prior to our consultation.  Like so many patients she had no idea what volume the implants were.  Several days prior to surgery I "reverse filled" her left implant which gave me the likely volume of the right implant.  This is not possible with silicone implants so it's very important that patients keep the implant card that should be given to them after their augmentation.  She has plenty of natural breast volume so only small implants were needed to fill the upper poles.
