    This case was a bit of a challenge to plan.  Clearly her left breast has more sagging than the right.  She wanted a nice natural result with breasts that are proportionate to her body.  However, if we used implants that were the wrong profile or wrong size she would need a breast lift.  By using low profile 385cc implants I think we achieved an acceptable result without needing to do the lift.
