    This lovely 51-year-old patient's primary issue was excess fat in the abdomen and flanks.  In addition she had a small amount of excess skin of the lower abdomen.  She underwent aggressive tumescent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks.  Following this a mini tummy tuck with repair of the rectus muscles below the belly button was performed.
