    This young lady was distraught about the appearance of her breasts.  As you can see she has significant tubular breast deformity.   The procedure commenced by resizing the areolas to 45mm.  Then implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles.  Next the lower half of the breasts were released by making radial cuts in the breast tissue.  Also the inframammary folds were released.  After this a small breast lifts were performed.  The patient is very happy and I think we made a significant impact on her self confidence.
