    This mother of three was so busy with her family and life that it was 11 months AFTER her left saline implant ruptured that she was finally able to come in for a consultation.  She was unsure of the volume of the implants. One week prior to surgery I drained the remaining implant, in the office, with a simple closed drainage system.  We determined that they were 320cc implants.  At that time, with both implants empty, she was able to try on implants to determine the size that was best for her. She chose Allergan's silicone moderate profile 575cc implants.
