The list of cosmetic surgery costs below is intended as a general guide to procedure prices at our Fairfax, Virginia plastic surgery practice. At your in-office consultation with Dr. Hess, you will receive a detailed individual estimate (actual total costs may vary depending on OR time) based on recommendations for your needs.

Feel free to contact us at 703-752-6608 to schedule your appointment. As of June 1, 2021 we will charge a consultation fee of $50 that will be applied to your surgery cost when you schedule your procedure. Costs listed below do not represent the cash discounted price. Costs are subject to change.

We extend a generous 10% military discount (as of January 1, 2018) on all services and procedures.
