    This lovely woman had seen another plastic surgeon because she was unhappy with the size and appearance of her breasts.  She had implants which he reduced only 100cc and a crescent lift that served only to lengthen her areola.  I felt that her breasts were too large for her body frame and she has sufficient natural breast tissue.  I removed the implants and associated capsules and performed a standard Wise pattern or "anchor" lift.  Now her breasts are soft and proportionate with her body with a natural look. Her scars will fade and she is quite happy with the result.
