    This lovely young lady had undergone a breast augmentation, by another plastic surgeon in the area, several months prior to seeing me.  He did not size her well as he used 250cc implants.  These were far too small for her shoulder and hip widths as well as buttock projection.  In addition they were already falling off of her chest wall in the supine position.  I exchanged the small implants for 475cc implants and tightened up the lateral pockets to prevent them from falling off of the chest wall.
