This very active patient desired slightly smaller breasts that would be more conducive to her active lifestyle while maintaining a proportionate figure. She underwent, what I refer to as, a sporty breast reduction. Approximately, 300g of tissue was removed from each breast and the nipples were moved to a higher, more youthful position.
