This lovely patient with breast asymmetry wanted more youthful appearing breasts. With the use of low profile implants, to help fill the upper pole of the breast, and circumferential breast lift we achieved improved breast symmetry and a more youthful appearance. She didn't want to appear significantly larger. To achieve this we used low profile implants that help fill the upper poles without the added projection.
