This beautiful and young patient was diagnosed with unilateral breast cancer. She elected to undergo bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies by Dr. Virginia Chiantella via 6cm (<3in) inframammary incisions. This was followed by immediate reconstruction with an acellular dermal graft and tissue expanders. Later the expanders were replaced with permanent implants.
