As you can see in this patient's preoperative photos her most significant issue is a weak abdominal wall characterized by a large rectus diastasis or gap between the muscles. Although an umbilical float tummy tuck would have been nice her belly button was too low and would have resulted in an abnormal abdominal appearance.
